Methodological constraint · Bank of Thailand inflation target window

Goalposts of −1.0 percent and +3.0 percent year-over-year inflation anchor to the Bank of Thailand inflation target window. Mild deflation (negative one percent) and the upper end of the target band (positive three percent) define the comfortable-policy range; provinces drifting outside the band score against expected policy tolerance. The indicator is smoothed over the most recent three months. Bangkok is published separately under the regional CPI series and is not included in TPSO provincial CPIP.

Live distribution: 16 of 77 provinces clip at the score-100 ceiling ; 2 of 77 clip at the score-0 floor.
